Why we started Workflow Upgrade
Every small business we knew had the same problem: good people spending a third of their week on admin.
Copying details between systems. Chasing the same documents every month. Answering the same five questions. Building the same report every Friday. None of it is why anyone took the job, and most of it can now be handled by software.
The AI tools to fix this arrived quickly. What didn't arrive was anyone to help a 10-person business use them sensibly: someone to look at how the business actually runs, build the right thing, and make sure the team is comfortable with it.
So we started Workflow Upgrade to do exactly that. Practical, honest about where AI doesn't help, and focused on giving the hours back to the people already there.

Workflow Upgrade was founded in Dublin by Tomas Vitkus and Andrew. You work with the founders directly, from the first call to the finished build.
Are you AI consultants or developers?
Both. We audit and advise like consultants, then build the automations, agents and tools ourselves, and train your team to use them.
Where do you work?
We're based in Dublin and work with businesses across Ireland, the UK and Europe, on site or remotely.
Will AI replace our staff?
