How much does an AI course for our team cost?
Each course is a fixed price per team rather than per head, quoted after a short call about your team's size, roles and tools. You'll know the full cost before you book.
How long are the courses?
The workshop is a half day (about 3.5 hours). The full course is one day. Coaching runs as four one-hour sessions over a month, so people try things in their real work between sessions.
How many people can attend?
Up to 12 people per session works best, because everyone gets hands-on time. Bigger teams are split into groups, usually by role.
Do people get a certificate?
Everyone gets a certificate of completion from Workflow Upgrade. It isn't an accredited academic qualification. If an individual needs an accredited diploma, a college programme is the better choice; our courses are for teams who want to use AI well at work next week.
Is the training in person or online?
Either. We run in-person sessions at your office in Dublin and around Ireland, and live online sessions anywhere in Ireland, the UK and Europe. Online sessions are live and interactive, not pre-recorded videos.
Which AI tools do you teach?
ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot, depending on what your business uses or is allowed to use. If you haven't chosen yet, we'll help you pick one and set up a company account with the right privacy settings.
Do our staff need technical skills?
No. If someone can write an email, they can do the course. We start with everyday work and build up from there.
Does the EU AI Act require AI training for staff?
Yes, in general terms. Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires businesses that use AI systems to take measures to ensure their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy for how they use them. A practical course plus a written AI use policy is a sensible way to show you've done that. We're not lawyers, so check specifics with your adviser.

Yes. Every full course and coaching programme ends with a one-page AI use policy for your business: which tools are approved, what information can go in, and what always needs a person to check it.
