How an AI automation project works

From first call to a trained team in about four weeks: an AI audit, building and testing, team training, then ongoing improvement. Here's what happens, week by week.

  1. 1

    Week 1: AI audit

We sit with the people who do the work and follow it from start to finish.

    • Every repetitive task listed and timed
    • The tools you use and how they connect
    • A plan ranked by hours saved and effort
    • What we would not automate, and why
  2. 2

    Weeks 2–3: Build and test

We build one automation at a time and test each one with your team before it goes live.

    • Built inside your existing tools
    • A person approves anything a customer sees
    • Tested on real examples from your business
    • Documented as we go
  3. 3

    Week 4: Team training

Your team learns the new setup and how to use AI in their own work.

    • What runs by itself and what needs them
    • Role-by-role sessions on everyday AI tools
    • Written guides for every automation
    • A named contact for questions
  4. 4

    Ongoing: Improve

We review the numbers with you and keep improving the setup.

    • Monthly check on hours saved
    • Fixes and changes when your process changes
    • New automations as you grow
    • Updates as AI tools improve

What it costs and how long it takes

The first 45-minute consultation is free. The audit is a fixed price agreed before we start, and takes about a week. Each automation is then quoted separately, usually two to three weeks to build and test, so you can start with the one that saves the most time and stop whenever you like.

Training is priced per team, from a half-day workshop to four weeks of coaching. Ongoing support is an optional monthly plan.

Questions about the process

What does the audit cost?

The first 45-minute call is free. If you go ahead, the audit is a fixed price agreed up front, so you know the cost before any work starts.

Do we need new software?

Usually not. We build on the tools you already use, such as your email, calendar, CRM, accounts package or website, and only suggest something new when it clearly pays for itself.

What happens after the first four weeks?

You can stop there and keep everything we built. Most clients move onto a monthly plan for support, improvements and new automations.
