Custom CRM software and business tools, built around you
Stop paying for software you work around.
A CRM that fits the way you sell, or a small tool made for you instead of another yearly licence that half works. Built for Irish businesses, connected to your AI automations, and owned by you.
When off-the-shelf CRM software doesn't fit
Big CRMs are built for every business, so they fit none exactly. These are the signs it's costing you.
You pay for seats nobody really uses
Per-user pricing adds up fast, and half the features sit untouched.
The real work happens in a spreadsheet
The CRM holds the contacts, but the actual pipeline lives in Excel because the CRM can't show it the way you think.
Your team works around it
Fields are misused, steps are skipped, and nobody trusts the data enough to report from it.
Your industry is unusual
Lettings, trades, events or anything with jobs, sites, properties or vehicles rarely fits a "deal pipeline".
Custom CRM vs HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce
An honest comparison. For plenty of businesses, a mainstream CRM is the right answer, and we'll say so.
| Question | HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce | Custom CRM |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | Monthly per user, rising as you grow and add features | One build price, then low hosting and optional support |
| Fit | You adapt your process to the software | The software follows your process |
| Set-up time | Days to weeks | Four to eight weeks for most small teams |
| Features | Hundreds, most unused | Only what you use, so it's quicker to learn |
| Integrations | Large marketplace, some paid | Built to connect to exactly what you use |
| Ownership | You rent it; data export can be limited | You own the code and the data |
| Best for | Standard sales processes, fast-growing teams | Unusual processes, small teams paying for too much |
Connected to your AI automations
A custom CRM is the centre of the system. Enquiries flow in from every channel, agents keep it up to date, and reports come out of it without anyone building them.
Plugins and small tools that replace yearly licences
Not every problem needs a CRM. Sometimes it's one plugin you pay €200 a year for and still fight with.
WordPress and WooCommerce plugins
Booking forms, quote builders, custom product options and member areas, built for your site instead of rented.
Internal tools
Job sheets, stock checks, staff rotas and quote calculators: small web apps your team opens on a phone or laptop.
Client portals
A place for customers to upload documents, see progress and approve quotes, without the email back-and-forth.
Who owns what we build
You do. The code, the data, the hosting account and the documentation are all in your name from day one. There's no licence fee and no lock-in. If you ever want another developer to take over, they can pick it up.
Most clients keep us on a monthly support plan for fixes, backups and small improvements, but that's a choice, not a condition.
Custom CRM FAQs
How much does a custom CRM cost?
Less than most people expect, because we build only what you use. It's a fixed price, quoted after we've seen how you sell. Many clients find it pays for itself within a year or two against per-seat licences.
How long does it take to build?
A focused CRM for a small team usually takes four to eight weeks, including moving your existing data across and training your team.
Can you move our data from HubSpot, Zoho or spreadsheets?
Yes. We move contacts, deals, notes and history across, check it with you, and keep the old system read-only until you're happy.
Who owns the CRM?
You do. The code, the data and the hosting account are yours. If you ever want another developer to take it over, they can.
What happens if something breaks?
We offer a monthly support plan that covers fixes, updates, backups and small changes. You're not obliged to take it.
Is a custom CRM right for us?
Not always. If your sales process is standard and you're happy with a mainstream CRM, keep it, and we can automate around it. Custom makes sense when you're paying for a lot you don't use, or bending your process to fit the software.
