AI agents for business, connected to your tools

Connect your tools. Support your people.

Custom AI agents that answer enquiries, book appointments and keep your systems up to date. They work inside the tools you already use, and they hand over to a person whenever they should.

What are AI agents? A plain-English explanation

A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent answers questions and then does something about it.

Give an agent a goal, like "reply to this enquiry and book a viewing", and access to a few tools, like your calendar and CRM. It reads the request, works out the steps, and carries them out: checks availability, offers times, books the slot, logs the lead and sends a confirmation.

The difference from ordinary automation is that agents can handle messy, real-world input: an email that rambles, a question phrased five different ways, a customer who changes their mind halfway through.

The difference from hiring someone is that they cover the repetitive 80% of the job, all day, and pass the other 20% to your team with the details already gathered.

How an AI agent handles a request

  1. Request comes in

Email, web chat, WhatsApp or a form.

  2. Agent reads it

Works out what is being asked and what's missing.

  3. Checks your systems

Calendar, CRM, prices, stock, past orders.

  4. Acts or drafts

Books, updates or writes a reply.

  5. Person in control

Approves, or gets the hand-off when the agent is unsure.

Unsure? It stops. A complaint, an unusual request or anything it can't answer from your information goes to a named person, with a summary, so nobody starts from scratch.

AI agent examples for small and medium businesses

Enquiry and booking agents

Reply to every new lead in under a minute, day or night. Answer common questions from your own information, offer real times from your calendar and book the call or appointment.

AI receptionist

Answers the questions your front desk gets fifty times a day, like opening hours, prices, parking and "can I move my appointment?", and books or reschedules directly.

Agents that update your CRM and systems

After a sales call, the agent writes up the notes, updates the deal stage, creates the follow-up task and drafts the email. Your CRM stays current without anyone typing.

Back-office agents

Read incoming invoices, receipts and order forms, pull out the details, enter them into your accounts or stock system, and flag anything that doesn't match.

Internal knowledge agents

Staff ask "what's our refund policy for X?" or "where's the template for Y?" in Teams or Slack, and get the answer from your own documents.

Reporting agents

Every Monday, a short summary of last week: leads, bookings, revenue, overdue jobs and anything that needs attention.

Integrations: email, calendars, CRMs and accounting tools

An agent is only as useful as the tools it can reach. We connect it to what you already use.

  • Email and messaging

Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp Business, website chat, Teams, Slack.

  • Calendars and bookings

Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly and industry booking systems.

  • CRMs

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, or a custom CRM we build for you.

  • Accounts and documents

Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Google Drive, SharePoint.

Keeping people in control

  • Limited access

Each agent can only see and change what its job needs.

  • Approval first

Customer-facing messages wait for a person to approve them until you're confident.

  • Everything logged

You can see what the agent did, when and why.

  • An off switch

Pause any agent at any time, and the work falls back to your team.

AI agent FAQs

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that can read a request, decide what steps to take, and use your tools to do them: check a calendar, look up a customer, book an appointment, update a record. A chatbot only talks. An agent also does things, within limits you set.

What are some examples of AI agents for business?

An enquiry agent that replies to new leads and books calls. A receptionist agent that answers common questions and books appointments. A back-office agent that reads incoming invoices and enters them into your accounts. A sales agent that updates your CRM after every call.

Can an AI agent work on its own?

For low-risk tasks, yes, once you've seen it work. For anything customer-facing or important, the agent prepares and a person approves. You decide where that line is, and you can move it later.

What happens if the agent gets something wrong?

Agents are built to hand over when they're unsure, and everything they do is logged so you can see exactly what happened. We test on real examples from your business before anything goes live.

Are AI agents safe with customer data?

They can be. We give each agent access only to what it needs, use business AI accounts that don't train on your data, and keep data in the EU where we can. We check every agent against GDPR before it goes live.

Do you build Microsoft Copilot agents?

Yes. If your business runs on Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio agents can work inside Teams and Outlook with your SharePoint files. If not, we build with OpenAI or Claude.
