Where AI won't help (and we'll tell you)
An audit that recommends AI for everything isn't an audit. These come up in nearly every business we look at.

If it takes 20 minutes and happens twice a month, automating it costs more than it saves. A checklist is the fix.
Work that depends on judgement and relationships
Pricing a tricky job, handling a complaint, a difficult conversation with a client. AI can prepare the notes. A person should do the work.

Automating a messy process gives you a faster mess. Sometimes the first recommendation is to simplify, then automate.

The first consultation is free. 45 minutes on a call. We ask how the business runs, where time goes and what's been tried. You get a written summary within 48 hours, whether or not you go further.
The audit is a fixed price, quoted after that call and agreed before we start. It depends on team size and how many processes we look at. Most small businesses are done in about a week.

What does an AI consultant do?
An AI consultant looks at how your business runs, finds the work AI can take off your team's hands, and gives you a plan ranked by time saved and effort. A good one also tells you where AI isn't worth it. We then build the plan if you want us to, but you're free to take it elsewhere.
How much does an AI audit cost?
The first 45-minute consultation is free. The audit itself is a fixed price agreed before we start, based on the size of your team and how many processes we look at. Most small businesses are quoted after the free call.
How long does an AI audit take?
About a week for most small and medium businesses: a few hours with the people who do the work, then a few days for us to time the processes and write the plan.
Do you sell software?
No. We don't resell tools or take commissions, so our recommendation is whatever fits your business, including keeping what you already have.
Is AI consultancy worth it for a small business?
If your team spends more than a few hours a week on repetitive admin, usually yes. The audit pays for itself if it finds even one process that saves a few hours a week. If it doesn't find enough, we'll tell you.
What about GDPR and data protection?
Every recommendation is checked against what data it touches. We favour tools with EU data processing, business accounts that don't train on your data, and a person checking anything that goes to a customer.
