AI and workflow automation for Irish businesses
Make repeatable work feel lighter.
Enquiries answered, bookings made, invoices chased and follow-ups sent, inside the tools you already use. Your team stops copying and pasting, and spends the time on customers.
What business process automation looks like day to day
Nobody notices good automation. Things just happen on time.
A new enquiry comes in at 9pm. Within a minute the customer has a helpful reply with your available times. The details are already in your CRM. In the morning, your team sees a short summary and the booking, instead of an inbox to dig through.
An invoice goes unpaid. On day 7 a polite reminder goes out, on day 14 a firmer one, and on day 21 it lands on someone's list to phone. Nobody had to remember.
It's Friday. The weekly report is already in your inbox: enquiries, bookings, revenue, overdue jobs. Nobody spent the afternoon building it.

AI automation tools we build with
For connecting your systems: Make, Zapier, n8n and Microsoft Power Automate. We pick by what fits your stack, your budget and where your data needs to stay.
For the AI parts: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude) and Microsoft Copilot, on business accounts that don't train on your data.
For anything bigger: custom code, hosted in the EU, that you own.
We don't resell any of these, so the recommendation is whatever suits you best.
A person checks anything a customer sees
Until you've seen an automation work properly for a few weeks, every customer-facing message waits for a person to approve it. After that, you decide which ones can send themselves.
Every automation also knows when to stop: if it's unsure, a step fails, or the request is unusual, it hands over to a named person with everything they need.
Examples by industry

Enquiries from Daft and your website get an instant reply with viewing slots, then a reminder and a feedback request after the viewing.

AI automation for garagesWorkflow automation FAQs
What is AI automation?
AI automation means software that handles repetitive steps in your work on its own, using AI for the parts that need reading or writing, like understanding an enquiry or drafting a reply. Plain automation moves information from A to B. AI automation can also make sense of it on the way.
What's the difference between workflow automation and business process automation?
They mean much the same thing. Business process automation is the broader term, used for whole processes like onboarding a client. Workflow automation usually means a specific sequence of steps, like 'new enquiry → reply → add to CRM → book a call'.
Which processes should we automate first?
The ones that happen most often and annoy people most. Usually that's enquiries, bookings, chasing payments or documents, and weekly reports. Our audit ranks them by hours saved.
Will we need new software?
Usually not. We build inside the tools you already pay for, such as Gmail or Outlook, your calendar, CRM, accounts package and website, and connect them.
What happens when something goes wrong?
Every automation has a fallback: if it isn't sure, or a step fails, it stops and tells a named person. Nothing a customer sees goes out unchecked unless you've agreed it's safe.
Which AI automation tools do you use?
Whatever fits your stack and budget: Make, Zapier, n8n or Power Automate for the connections, and OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Microsoft Copilot for the AI parts. For bigger jobs we write custom code.
